There's no school bell to signal the start of the day but, a click of a mouse.

The Clark kids go to class in the back of their Caldwell home and it's there where they're learning virtually anything is possible.

Mother Marcee Clark says, "They would do history everyday, it's like candy to them, it's really interesting."

Her kids belong to the Idaho Virtual Academy where their classes are on-line.

This computer aged school is in it's 5th year and is one among 4 similar public charter schools in the state.

Teacher Paige Barber says, "I think once parents realize how great the curriculum is it's going to just keep flying."

The school has about 55 teachers for 2500 students statewide. Their reading skills and test scores are checked regularly.

A new student is sent books, supplies, a computer and printer if needed or parents are often reimbursed some of the internet service costs.

Clark adds, "My kids really like that they can see their progress. they can go online and see their progress and it makes them feel like they're accomplishing things."

The first graduating IVA class will be next year and they'll graduate with the same degree as any other high school.

And when asked if her kids will go on to get their college degrees mom's reply was simple: "It's not even an option they're going to college."
